One part of the Voyageur Trail follows Lake Superior’s immensly varied coastline. I had to swim with canoe 4 days, on stormy waves, along it’s rocky shore, to get to this beautiful waterfall. Then, after 2 days in a tent, I swam for 3 days in sunny, beautiful weather back to Pukaskwa Visitor Center. Altogether, I’ve made over 140 km on water.
