Where Labrador ends, beginns Quebéc. And there is the remnant of an ancient eroded impact crater - a multiple-ring structure about 100 km across. Within this remnant lies Manicouagan Reservoir. There are many huge and small rivers nearby, and the forest is boreal - mainly black spruce.
